Description
Tama is a youkai fox spirit with blonde hair, driven by a steadfast determination to forge peace between humans and katawara. Though a katawara herself, she holds a profound love for humanity and actively shields them from harmful spirits. Her idealism fuels her every action.

Adopted in her youth by a human—also the biological father of Jinka—she was taught by him to appreciate both sake and humankind. Following his death, she raised the young Jinka, forming a deep sibling-like bond; they consider each other sworn siblings. Tama displays a rambunctious and cheerful personality, often lively and cute, yet her two hundred years of life also lend her a composed and wiser demeanor. She is persistent and clear in her desires.

She travels alongside Jinka, a human who despises his own kind, and a timid swordsman named Shinsuke Hyoudou. Together, they pursue world reform by punishing evil katawara and aiding humans, operating as the World Reform Siblings. Tama’s compassion is further illustrated through her relationship with Senya, son of the powerful monk Jinun. In a critical moment, she kisses Senya to break his madness, briefly accepting his earlier marriage proposal to save him.

After Jinka transforms into a powerful katawara and vanishes, Tama begins a new journey to find him, signaling an evolution in her role. She later undergoes a profound transformation, becoming a beast god with one thousand tails. In this form, she strives to guide Senya as he confronts the Tribe of the Void, continuing her lifelong mission to protect others and champion coexistence.
