Bakera is an Onryo, a type of spectral being, from the Yo-kai Watch Jam: Yo-kai Academy Y series. He appears as a large, round, and chubby cat-like creature with primarily red and white fur. Bakera has blue eyes with distinct sclerae and pupils, a long tail with blue tips, and a white scarf with two flaps around his neck. He also features pink paw pads on his lower feet, a red cross-shaped mark on his stomach, and stripes on the backs of his paws.
Bakera's personality is initially calm and carefree, and he does not seem to mind causing trouble or distraction for those who can see him.
