Dr. Natsumi Enra serves as the nurse at Y Academy's infirmary and holds the position of second-in-command to Kinya Daiouji within the Yo-kai Special Power organization. Her primary background reveals her to be the reincarnation of Smogmella, which informs her deep specialization in spiritual entities such as Yo-kai and Onryo.
