Alka loyally serves the Leader of the Gyulassic Group (also spelled Gulasic Group), an organization seeking world domination through arcade gaming tournaments. She commands the group's Japan operations, leading masked minions called Zakko at various levels. Tasked with eliminating Fubuki Sakuragasaki as a threat to the group's goals, Alka repeatedly attempts to disrupt Fubuki's progress in the BAG (Best of Arcade Gamer) Tournament. Her methods include deploying video game hazard-like obstacles against Fubuki and her allies, and later stealing Fubuki's "Passion Panties" – a source of gaming power – during a hot spring visit. After stealing the garment, Alka wears it expecting to gain abilities but fails to activate any power and destroys it in frustration.

Driven by jealousy and resentment toward Chizuru Jyumonji, one of the group's "Four Gods of Gaming," due to Chizuru's perceived favor with the Leader and her confidence, Alka undermines her rival. This includes reneging on a promise to provide the rare arcade game "Tranquilizer Gun" in exchange for Chizuru's services and declaring her expendable. Alka's plans frequently fail, often forcing her to rely on Chizuru or other subordinates despite her initial dismissive attitude toward Fubuki's capabilities. Her operational effectiveness is limited, characterized by reliance on minions and impulsive decisions. After Fubuki gains new power and defeats Alka's forces during an arcade attack, Alka retreats.
