Description
Isami Aldini is the fraternal twin brother of Takumi Aldini, born into a Japanese-Italian family in Italy. Both brothers grew up working at their family's restaurant, Trattoria Aldini, under their uncle and father. During their childhood, Isami excelled in most areas compared to Takumi but struggled to match his brother's culinary skills. Patrons frequently requested Takumi's dishes, leading Isami to develop a deep-seated inferiority complex. After Isami attempted to revise one of Takumi's dishes to prove his capability, their father reprimanded him for unintentionally dulling the flavor. Takumi consoled Isami, emphasizing that his own success relied on Isami's presence, and the brothers pledged to improve together and elevate Trattoria Aldini to become Italy's top restaurant.
