Description
Zenovia Marden, alias Zeno, is the light blue-haired, gray-eyed eldest princess of the Kingdom of Marden. Disappointed by her gender, King Fyshtarre confined her to a royal villa, barring political education and creating significant gaps in her acumen. She later addressed these through aggressive study while undertaking official duties.

When Cavarin attacked Marden's capital, Zenovia escaped with aid from Jiva, her father's retainer. She then adopted the identity of her brother, Crown Prince Helmut, forming a rebellion to retake Marden. Operating militarily as Zeno, she publicly served as aide to the fictional Helmut while secretly leading the resistance against Cavarin.

Approximately a year after Marden's fall, Zenovia rescued Prince Wein Salema Arbalest of Natra from assassins. In exchange for his help garnering support for her rebellion at a Cavarin holy festival, she agreed to accompany him. Discovering other nations' disinterest in Marden disheartened her. Wein then offered a deal: her assistance in quelling a Natra rebellion in return for his support recapturing Marden, which she accepted.

During the battle to reclaim Marden's capital, Zenovia faked Zeno's death. This allowed her to publicly step forward as Princess Zenovia and assume Marden's leadership. Following the recapture, she negotiated Marden's transition into a Natra vassal state, motivated by her desire to ensure Wein took responsibility for Marden's welfare and prevent purely strategic exploitation.

Zenovia demonstrates deep bravery and profound commitment to Marden's people, driving her to initiate and lead the rebellion despite personal risk. Lacking initial political training due to her father's restrictions, she dedicated herself to rigorous study after becoming leader. Her journey transitions her from hidden princess and masked resistance leader to Marden's acknowledged ruler, navigating complex alliances to secure its future.
