Description
Patty, also known as Patty Rabbit, is the main protagonist of the anime Maple Town Stories. She is an anthropomorphic rabbit girl of about nine years old and the second eldest of the Rabbit family's children. She comes to Maple Town with her parents, her older sister Ann, and her younger siblings when the family relocates there, and the family takes on the role of the town's mail carriers. During the journey, a thief named Wilde Wolf steals her father's mailbag in a train robbery, and Patty immediately gives chase into the forest to recover it. There she meets Bobby, a bear boy her own age who has found the bag, and together they outwit the thief and deliver the mail safely to her father. This early incident establishes her courage, her sense of responsibility, and her readiness to confront trouble directly, all of which stay central to her throughout the story.
