Chocola is a small yellow dragon bearing white markings across her stomach, ears, and tails. She wears a pink bow on her back and a collar featuring a wing design, with distinctive heart marks on her forehead and stomach.

Her personality displays a somewhat childish demeanor, often revealed through repeated phrases, and she desires to be treated like a lady. She exhibits a strong fondness for sweets.

Chocola's origin begins with Eris discovering her egg within a cave. After hatching, Chocola imprints on Eris, calling her "Mama" and forming a close bond. Her fierce loyalty surfaces when she becomes deeply upset following Eris's defeat by Miroku. In response to this distress, Chocola eats constantly to fuel her evolution, culminating in her transformation into Ultimate-Chocodra. This powerful form enables her to assist Eris in defeating Nakes.

After the battle, Chocola is separated from Eris when the Venus crew vanishes. She later joins Rei's deck alongside other evolved spirits, including Ian as Ultimate-Drian, Ultimate-Sagitto-Apollodragon, and Ultimate-Savior, to fight in the final conflict against Nakes. Following Zero's victory over Nakes, Chocola reunites with Eris after Basila rescues her.

Chocola and Eris conclude their story arc by deciding to pursue the Ultimate Battle Spirits Neo together.
