**Miho Akiyama**
A teenage girl with cyan hair and violet eyes, Miho wears a school uniform and serves as the older sister to Konomi Akiyama. She is Kenichi Aoshima's childhood friend and belongs to the archaeology club. Despite her confident, open-hearted demeanor, Miho harbors long-unspoken romantic feelings for Kenichi.

When the club uncovers a mysterious artifact, they are transported to an alternate dimension where spirits swap bodies and suppressed desires run rampant. Miho awakens inhabiting Kenichi's form. Witnessing Hikaru—in her original body—engage in self-gratification shatters Miho's self-control, compelling her to pursue her own desires. The dimension amplifies her obsession with Kenichi, eclipsing all other focus. Repeatedly, other characters obstruct her attempts to reach him, breeding deep frustration.

Simultaneously experiencing male and female physical-emotional perspectives through the body swap, Miho grapples with a fractured understanding of intimacy and relationships within the group.
