Description
Nora is a stray cat living in the Third Street neighborhood. He has no owner since his previous human companion died from illness, forcing him back to fending for himself. Before that woman took him in, he endured a harsh street life, often struggling to find food and facing bullying from older, more dominant strays.

In his human-like form, Nora has multicolored hair and blue eyes, reflecting his non-specific breed status as a stray. He carries himself with an intelligent and aloof demeanor, appearing cool and detached. Despite this reserved nature, he is dependable and deeply cares for his friends, stepping in to assist when needed. Possessing greater knowledge of the outside world than the neighborhood's domestic pets, he serves as a resourceful figure within the group.

His interactions reveal a complex personality. He shares a vitriolic best friends dynamic with Tora, frequently clashing and arguing yet maintaining an underlying bond. With the youngest group member, Koma, he takes on a protective, almost brotherly role; Koma harbors a possible crush on him, adding nuance to their connection. Historically depicted as a perpetual frowner in earlier media, recent portrayals show subtle development. While largely stoic, he occasionally reveals emotions, such as being visibly impressed by a cat café performance and joining others in imitating poses.
