TV Special
Description
Han, occasionally localized as Hun, operates as a Team Rocket field agent alongside his partner Attila. Their core mission involves deploying the experimental Miracle Crystal device, designed to absorb and redirect electrical energy specifically for capturing Electric-type Pokémon. The device functions by generating artificial thunderstorms to lure and incapacitate targets for collection.

Han directly confronts protagonists Jimmy, Marina, and Vincent to achieve Team Rocket's goals. He commands a Steelix in these battles, frequently using it to obstruct the heroes' efforts to protect Raikou. His tactics include ordering Steelix to unleash Sandstorms and physical attacks against opposing Pokémon and trainers.

He coordinates closely with Attila during repeated attempts to capture the Legendary Pokémon Raikou. This involves strategically repositioning the Miracle Crystal across different locations to exploit Raikou's appearances. Han shares responsibility for supervising the device's operation during these missions.

A critical incident occurs when Raikou damages the Miracle Crystal's control unit, triggering a self-destruct sequence. Despite this failure, Han and Attila persist in their capture attempt. Han specifically orders Steelix to attack the protagonists while their Pokémon try to free Raikou from the destabilizing energy field. The confrontation escalates until Jimmy, Marina, and Vincent physically shield their Pokémon from Steelix. Witnessing this act prompts Raikou to intervene, destroying the Crystal and forcing Team Rocket's retreat.

Han demonstrates consistent dedication to Team Rocket's objectives throughout these events. His portrayal, including operational context and command of Steelix, appears exclusively within this special narrative.
