As a high-level WNA employee, Bob supervised Jane in the Intelligence Division. He received a direct order from the division to acquire data on the top-secret Ninja-Gum project, prompting him to assign Jane to hack the WNA Research Institute.

Later, discovering Jane independently collected Ninja-Gum data at its secret lab, Bob was ordered to eliminate her for insubordination. Confronting her there, Jane initially resisted but was overpowered and restrained by Bob's subordinate. Bob commanded the subordinate to seize Jane's laptop and handle another situation, leaving him alone to execute her. As Bob attempted the final blow, Jane suddenly transformed into a child—a Ninja-Gum side effect. Bob tried attacking again but was interrupted and knocked unconscious by Ron.

Regaining consciousness after Jane and Ron left, Bob encountered a superior officer. Having failed both to eliminate Jane and secure the Ninja-Gum data, Bob was executed by this superior as punishment.

Bob is explicitly identified as a non-canon character within the franchise, absent from other official media including the later TV anime. His role and story are confined exclusively to Episode 3 ("A Beautiful Intruder") of the Ninjala 2D Cartoon Anime shorts.
