Description
Julia, often called Yuria, hails from the Nanto Seitō Kettō lineage. In childhood, she manifested the prophetic "voice of the heavens," granting visions of the future that tormented her until her guardian Dharma brought her to the Hokuto dojo. There, Kenshiro’s compassion helped her embrace this gift, forging a lifelong bond.

After nuclear devastation, she became Kenshiro’s fiancée. Their union fractured when Shin defeated Kenshiro and abducted her to Southern Cross. Imprisoned under Shin’s tyranny, she prayed for Kenshiro’s return until despair drove her to leap from a palace balcony. The Nanto Goshasei saved her, executing orders to shield her from looming threats.

Her destiny transformed when she emerged as the Last General of Nanto Roku Seiken, inheriting the role after the other five generals perished. Though not a fighter, she symbolized hope across the wasteland, directing the Nanto Goshasei against the warlord Raoh to resist his conquests and protect the innocent.

A terminal illness, akin to Toki’s and worsened by radiation during her escape from Southern Cross, ravaged her health. Raoh discovered her condition and suspended her in stasis to prolong her life. This allowed her to reunite with Kenshiro after his final battle with Raoh. They journeyed together, settling in a village where she passed peacefully. The Shin Kyūseishu Densetsu continuity implies she carried Kenshiro’s child.

Kenshiro anchored her heart, yet she inspired unrequited devotion from Raoh, Toki, Shin, and her half-brother Juza. Her family included brother Ryuga and half-brother Juza of the Clouds. She possessed waist-length auburn hair that faded to pale violet after her abduction, dark-blue eyes, and a resemblance to warrior Mamiya, standing 175 cm tall with measurements of 84-60-94 cm.

The Yuria Den OVA expanded her tale with childhood interactions among Kenshiro’s brothers, her dog Tobi embodying her bond with Kenshiro, her encounter with Rei, and her rise as Nanto General. Her spirit endured beyond death, depicted watching over Kenshiro from the heavens.
