He openly criticizes Don Wei's management, particularly excessive pressure on pilot Molly and perceived neglect of the team's well-being. This contrasts with Koji's reserved demeanor, sparking recurring disagreements about Don Wei's character.

Stan's role focuses on maintaining the Earth Team's racing vehicle and observing team dynamics from a support perspective. He witnesses escalating tensions on Ōban while consistently advocating for Molly's welfare, viewing Don Wei's ambitions as self-centered. After the Great Race concludes, Stan returns to Earth and resumes work at Miguel's workshop.
