Description
Mitsuo Fukuhara attended Cadoques High School's Aerial Division within the Centezual class. He possessed a heavy-set physique, black hair, and petrol-colored eyes, known affectionately among peers as "Mitty" or "Micchan." Mitsuo's extensive knowledge of aircraft and machine guns earned him the moniker "Airplane Otaku," making him a valued navigator and tactician during flight missions.

He served as navigator and gunner in a two-seater aircraft piloted by Chiharu de Lucia. Mitsuo maintained a close bond with Chiharu, openly admiring her piloting skills while developing a romantic interest. Chiharu reciprocated, calling him "Mitty" and respecting his aviation expertise.

During a critical mission marking targets for allied bombers, their aircraft suffered severe damage from enemy fire. Grievously wounded, Mitsuo prioritized Chiharu's safety, forcing her to bail out. He then used the damaged plane as a decoy to divert enemy attention from her escape, sacrificing his own life.

Mitsuo received a posthumous military honor. After graduation, Chiharu personally delivered his medal to his parents, bearing the emotional weight of his loss. His death contributed to her subsequent depression and post-traumatic stress.

Documentation inconsistently lists Mitsuo's nationality as either the Kingdom of Qi or the Holy Empire of Levamme. His background prior to enrolling at Cadoques High remains unspecified.
