Chypre is a white fairy tasked with protecting the Tree of Hearts. She and Coffret flee following Cure Moonlight's defeat, carrying Heart Perfumes to locate a replacement Pretty Cure. They arrive in Kibougahana and encounter Hanasaki Tsubomi, Cure Flower's granddaughter. When Tsubomi courageously defends them from Sasorina, Chypre entrusts her with a Heart Perfume, enabling her transformation into Cure Blossom. Chypre subsequently resides with Tsubomi, disguising herself as a toy around humans and summoning Tsubomi's Heart Seed after each Desertrian purification.

Her appearance features heart-shaped ears adorned with cyan heart markings that match her bangs, tail, and eye accents. She wears a fuchsia bow topped by a pink gem star and a frilly fuchsia neckpiece secured with a silver heart. Chypre speaks with an honest and outspoken personality, frequently expressing worries while caring deeply for Tsubomi and others. She initially doubts Tsubomi's capabilities but grows to trust her completely, adopting a sisterly role. Her relationships include a cooperative bond with Coffret, joint mentorship of Potpourri, and deep respect for Coupe and Cologne.

Throughout the series, Chypre supports Tsubomi's growth, advising her during moments of low self-confidence. She participates in the final battle against Dune, traveling to the Castle Planet to aid in rescuing Tsubomi's grandmother. After helping free Kaoruko, she assists in distracting Professor Sabaku and witnesses Dune's defeat. Post-battle, she confirms the Tree of Hearts is regenerating. Her abilities include generating Heart Seeds to create miracles, transforming into a flight cape for Cure Blossom, and exhibiting significant durability as a shield against energy attacks. She characteristically ends her sentences with "-desu".

Her name derives from the Chypre perfume family, inspired by François Coty's 1917 fragrance named after Cyprus (French: Chypre), referencing the Mediterranean origins of its ingredients.
