Chypre, also spelled "Shypre" in certain sources, appears solely in the film *Precure All Stars DX2: Kibō no Hikari—Rainbow Jewel o Mamore!*. As a fairy companion and mascot to Heartcatch Pretty Cure's Tsubomi Hanasaki, Chypre departs early alongside Coffret—Erika Kurumi's mascot—leaving a note and map for Tsubomi and Erika. This guidance directs them to Fairy Park, a magical theme park conjured by mascots using the Rainbow Jewel's power, which embodies the world's hopes and dreams.

At Fairy Park, Chypre distributes "Miracle Lights" to visitors with fellow mascots like Mepple, Mipple, Pollun, and Lulun. These lights later prove essential for restoring the park and empowering the Pretty Cure teams. When the villain Bottom attacks to seize the Rainbow Jewel's power, the park corrupts and collapses. Chypre becomes separated from Tsubomi amid the chaos, plunging the Pretty Cure teams into darkness and compelling Tsubomi and Erika to search for Chypre and Coffret in the treacherous, transformed environment.

Chypre is eventually located near the planetarium alongside Coffret. This reunion enables Tsubomi and Erika to transform into Cure Blossom and Cure Marine for battle. During the final confrontation with Bottom, Chypre and the other mascots deploy the Miracle Lights to create an energy oval in the sky, rallying park visitors to raise their lights. This collective act amplifies the Pretty Cures' strength, allowing all seventeen Cures to assume angelic Rainbow forms and execute the "Rainbow Jewel Solution" attack, defeating Bottom.
