Description
Haruka Kamijō, universally nicknamed "Tiger," serves as president of the Concert Band Club at Goha 7th Elementary. She is the older sister of Lucidien "Luke" Kallister. Tiger possesses a tall stature, fair skin, orchid eyes, and distinctive teal hair with lilac-dyed tips, typically styled waist-length and straight or occasionally in a bun with twin front sections. Her standard attire includes an elegant ruffled cream blouse, a khaki corset belt, a long emerald skirt with a slit, dark stockings, and lace-up heeled boots with black toe caps, complemented by a ruby-centered tassel necklace. An alternative outfit is a red Chinese gi with yellow trim and black accents; in her youth, she wore a traditional white martial arts uniform.

Raised in a family practicing martial arts, Tiger demonstrated prodigious talent, mastering techniques young and frequently defeating her younger brother Luke in childhood duels. This dominance motivated Luke to seek improvement, even disguising himself to access adult duel centers. Tiger later discovered connections between controlled breathing, martial arts effectiveness, and musical wind instruments, leading her to join the Concert Band Club to refine her skills. Her relationship with Luke remains contentious, marked by a short temper and physical admonishments when he addresses her informally, though she exhibits genuine care upon observing his enjoyment of Rush Duels with friends. She also shares a childhood friendship with Asana Mutsuba, though a past feud involving Luke's disappearance created temporary estrangement.

Tiger employs a WIND attribute Warrior deck themed around martial arts and wind instruments, officially designated Music Maidens. Key monsters include "Brassax Knuckle the Melee Music Maiden," "Trumpetonfa the Stabbing Music Maiden," and "Bassoon Finger, the Divine Instrument Oni." Her strategy emphasizes rapid assembly of high-Level monsters through precise manipulation of ATK values and card effects, utilizing cards like "Breath of the Music Maidens" and "Music Maiden Secret Technique - Triple Tiger." The deck prioritizes offense over defense, rendering it vulnerable to counterattacks during suboptimal setups.

Her documented duel history includes childhood victories over Luke and a flashback duel against Asana. In episode 30, she dueled Yuga Ohdo and his friends after they requested trumpet lessons, initially attacking them with martial arts weapons before agreeing to a Rush Duel, which she lost; this defeat led her to rigorously train them in trumpet playing. Subsequent duels include a victory against Caterpillio Zomyoji in episode 35, an off-screen win alongside Asana and others against Goha 66 members in episodes 46–47, a loss to Asana in episode 48, a pivotal loss to Luke in episode 64, and a win against Yuga in episode 76.

Tiger embodies competitiveness and intensity, living up to her nickname through aggressive tactics in duels and martial engagements. She demonstrates grace in defeat, reflecting on her shortcomings after losses. Her leadership of the Concert Band Club integrates her martial discipline with musical practice, showcasing her dual dedication to physical and artistic mastery.
