Rejected and ostracized by the scientific community for this theory, Garaki vanished from public view. Following this disgrace, All For One discovered Garaki and endorsed his theory. Grateful for this patronage, Garaki duplicated his Life Force Quirk, giving the original to All For One while retaining the duplicate. This exchange dramatically extended both their lifespans and forged Garaki's unwavering, lifelong loyalty to All For One, whom he regarded as a true friend and benefactor. To fund covert research operations, Garaki established Jaku General Hospital as its chairman. He expanded this network using various aliases, including Dr. Tsubasa, founding care homes, orphanages, and partnering with private clinics. His public persona projected a philanthropic doctor dedicated to Quirk-based healthcare research.
