Description
Cobalt Blue acts as sheriff in a desert region struggling under severe drought. Commissioned by Silver, head of the Silver Company, to capture a mysterious water bandit, Blue investigates. His visit to Pink's residence reveals incongruous details: a functional floater bike and a thriving palm tree amidst the parched environment. These signs of illicit water access fuel his suspicion, yet he fails to connect them to Pink's identity as the bandit during their conversation. Pink, who nurtures romantic feelings for him, proves open under his questioning.
Later, Blue achieves a breakthrough, conclusively identifying Pink as the bandit. He intervenes during her final heist at the Silver Company facility, saving her from a professional assassin. Simultaneously, Pink's companion White discovers Kaminari, a rain-making entity, held captive by the Silver Company. Kaminari's forced confinement had caused the drought, enabling the company's water monopoly.
Freed, Kaminari unleashes torrential rain, flooding the desert. Seeking refuge, Blue and Pink shelter together under her parents' umbrella, which functions as a boat in the submerged landscape. This outcome fulfills Pink's long-held dream of sharing the umbrella with him during rain.
