Reon Misono is a first-year literature student and guitarist for the band GYROAXIA. He possesses a stubborn yet exceptionally patient personality, applying himself with dedicated effort until he masters any task. Though he strongly opposes the dictatorial style of the band's vocalist, Nayuta Asahi, he deeply respects GYROAXIA's inherent talent and firmly believes the band is destined for the top. He is the sole member with the courage to confront Nayuta openly, though the vocalist's unpredictability often leads him to hold back from direct clashes.

He enjoys cities and stand-up soba bars, especially their croissants, and dislikes cold weather. He holds a pronounced aversion to a particular individual he refers to as "that" idiot. His birthday is January 30, making him an Aquarius. He stands 177 centimeters tall and weighs 63 kilograms.

After transferring, he attends Kamogawa Music College in the Faculty of Literature alongside Yuto Goryo, Wataru Matoba, Futa Kaminoshima, Yamato Tsubaki, and Aoi Wakakusa. He was previously in a high school band with Yuto Goryo and Kenta Satozuka that eventually disbanded. This shared history creates a complex relationship with Yuto, blending friendly rivalry with their current competition in different bands.

Within GYROAXIA, he utilizes a session skill called "Reon's MC" and a daily life skill known as "Reon's Support." The character has also been featured on an acrylic stand merchandise and appears as a disc skin for DJ equipment in a rhythm game.
