As the central antagonist opposing the protagonist Pink, Silver relentlessly pursues her after uncovering her thefts from his water reserves. He deploys professional assassins to kill her and mobilizes local law enforcement, summoning Sheriff Cobalt Blue to capture the water-thieving culprit.
