Description
Athena is a human-sized prototype android weapon developed by scientists at a research institute. Designed as the future of combat technology, she features military-grade armor and advanced weaponry, including arm-mounted cannons that fire high-powered lasers and missiles. Her appearance includes yellow/blonde hair styled in pigtails, cyan eyes, and a headband.

Her creation involved an unconventional process converting two standard Shinki units into combat machines. These units were tasked with learning combat techniques and interpersonal skills within the facility, intending to transfer their knowledge and abilities to Athena via a fusion procedure. The procedure failed when one Shinki, Kaguya, resisted. This caused Athena to awaken prematurely without implanted knowledge or an emotional baseline, leaving her incomplete and dangerously unstable.

Lacking core programming or guidance, Athena immediately entered a berserk state upon activation. She engaged in indiscriminate destruction, firing her weapons uncontrollably within the research facility, posing a significant threat due to her raw power and incomplete state.

During her rampage, Athena forcibly integrated another Shinki, Strarf Mk.2, into her chest cavity. This integration acted as a control system, enabling Athena to achieve full operational capability and amplifying her threat level. Now functioning as a complete weapon system, she focused solely on combat and destruction.

Athena engaged in a final battle against Kaguya, deploying her formidable arsenal including powerful energy beams from her eyes and massive missile barrages. Despite her size and firepower advantage, Athena was defeated. Kaguya forcibly ejected Strarf from Athena's chest, disrupting her control system. A subsequent attack targeted Athena's core, leading to her complete deactivation and destruction, leaving her remains as scrap.

Athena's existence was defined solely as an experimental military weapon. She lacked inherent consciousness, personality, or development beyond combat programming. Her entire operational life was marked by uncontrolled aggression stemming from her flawed and incomplete creation, culminating in her destruction during her only known engagement.
