Movie
Description
Coco is a fairy prince originating from the Palmier Kingdom, appearing in *Yes! Pretty Cure 5* and *Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo!*, with a later appearance in the film *Healin' Good♥Precure: Yume no Machi de Kyun! tto GoGo! Daihenshin!!*. In his fairy form, he resembles a fox-like creature with beige fur, a salmon-red tuft on his head, blue eyes featuring black lashes, and a fluffy tail, and he ends his sentences with "~coco". He can transform into a human, adopting the alias Kokoda Kouji—a name phonetically meaning "I am Coco" in Japanese. As Kouji, he appears as a tall young man with brown hair, initially wearing casual shirts and trousers, later adopting more mature clothing as an adult.

Forced to flee to the human world after the Nightmare organization attacked his kingdom, he assumes the identity of Kokoda Kouji and becomes a teacher at L'École des Cinq Lumières. His goals are to mentor the Pretty Cure team and search for the magical artifacts called Pinkies to restore Palmier Kingdom. He initially sees Yumehara Nozomi, the Pretty Cure leader, as a trusted ally, but their bond deepens into romantic feelings over time. He struggles with the inevitability of returning home, fearing the pain of separation. Following the kingdom's restoration, he is crowned king and balances his royal duties with his connection to Nozomi. In *Kibou no Chikara ~Otona Pretty Cure '23~*, he grapples with his responsibilities to Palmier and neighboring kingdoms like Donuts Kingdom, which strains his relationship with Nozomi. He eventually confesses his feelings and proposes, leading to their marriage, though he continues managing inter-kingdom affairs such as resource negotiations.

In the *Healin' Good♥Precure* movie, Coco appears in a supporting role alongside the *Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo!* team during a crossover event set in a virtual-dream version of Tokyo. He assists the Healin' Good Pretty Cure team in battling a monster named Ego Ego. His involvement is focused on aiding the combined teams during confrontations. His relationship dynamics with his childhood friend and fellow prince, Nuts, and with Nozomi remain consistent with prior portrayals, emphasizing his protective and dutiful nature.
