Description
Miton is a small, winged, pink cat-like creature who serves as a magical girl partner in the anime Mahou Shoujo Nante Mouiidesukara. He is an alien life form from another world, originally paired with a previous magical girl named Sugibayashi Reiko. After the final battle against invaders ended and magical girls were no longer needed, Miton was separated from his partner and left homeless, scavenging in garbage dumps. He is invisible to ordinary humans; only individuals with the latent ability to become magical girls can see him.
Personality-wise, Miton is direct, greedy, and lacking in tact. He has a strong appetite and is often motivated by the desire for food, having grown tired of eating trash. He is also somewhat perverse, frequently making inappropriate comments or actions toward Yuzuka, which leads to her punishing him in various ways such as scrubbing him with a brush, hitting him with a hot pan, or trapping him in water. Despite these flaws, he is not malicious and gradually develops a genuine attachment to Yuzuka and her friends. He can be cowardly and is especially afraid of Yuzuka’s friend Chiya Sakagami, who threatens him for his behavior.
