Chiya Sakagami is a student known for her consistently emotionless expression and monotone voice, presenting a reserved exterior. Yet she displays profound care and fierce protectiveness toward her classmate Yuzuka Hanami, explicitly calling Yuzuka her most important friend. This protectiveness erupts into physical aggression against the magical creatures Miton and Pochi whenever they approach Yuzuka in ways Chiya deems threatening or disrespectful—especially if they insult Yuzuka—resulting in actions like slamming them to the ground.

Chiya harbors an intense fascination with Yuzuka’s magical girl role, particularly admiring Yuzuka’s magical swimsuit outfit, which she finds exceptionally cute.
