Sharing a close, sibling-like bond with Pam-Pam, the Fairy of Bread, Kome-Kome serves alongside Pam-Pam as a guide and companion to the Precure, helping protect the Delicious Stone and combat threats to the interconnected food worlds.

Physically small and round, Kome-Kome is primarily white with pink accents and features distinct rice grain motifs. The fairy transforms into a human form resembling a young girl to interact covertly in the human world. Kome-Kome's personality is typically bright, optimistic, and enthusiastic, often expressing excitement about food and adventure, but also prone to moments of anxiety or worry, especially regarding responsibilities or companion safety. A strong bond exists between Kome-Kome and Yui Nagomi.

During events involving mysterious lunchboxes transporting people to Dreamland, Kome-Kome actively participates with the Precure, contributing valuable inherent knowledge of the food worlds' connections to understand the phenomenon. Facing a significant challenge within Dreamland, Kome-Kome and Pam-Pam temporarily fuse, combining their essences to create a new singular entity named Pan-Gome. This fusion represents a crucial moment of cooperation and unity, directly enabling them to overcome the obstacle and support the Precure. After conflict resolution, Kome-Kome and Pam-Pam separate back into their individual forms.
