Within this group, he stands among the Five Tiger Stars, representing the five strongest and most fearsome chefs advancing the society's dark ambitions.

He is an adult male with distinctive features: upward-styled black hair, brown eyes, large eyebrows, and a notable facial mark. His formidable presence is reinforced by armor and a helmet. Alkan's culinary expertise centers on pyrotechnics and fish-based dishes. This was spectacularly demonstrated during the "Pyrotechnic Battle" along the Yangtze River, where he ignited the river itself as part of his technique while crafting an "Ultimate Fish Dish".

Further revealing his ruthless methodology and the society's capacity for psychological control through cuisine, he once manipulated villagers by assuming the alias "Abalone Devil." Like all high-ranking members, he bears the society's emblem, the Black Cloud Kirin, signifying his allegiance. Members endure brutal training regimens that often leave physical scars.

His primary narrative function involves direct opposition to the protagonist, Liu Maoxing (Mao), particularly in high-stakes culinary battles. These conflicts escalate during the quest for the Legendary Cooking Utensils, artifacts central to both the society's goals and the heroes' resistance.
