Courageous and protective, he embodies a persistent "never give up" spirit. He deeply idolizes Anpanman and strives to emulate him as a hero, though his immaturity sometimes sparks petty quarrels with younger peers. Despite occasional stumbles, he consistently pushes to do his best.

His signature "Guu-Choki-Punch" attack leverages his hand-shaped head for a powerful headbutt, though it often misses its target. He also employs a "rock-paper-scissors punch" against foes.

Originating from Custard Land, Cream Panda is unique among bread heroes as Uncle Jam did not create him, cementing his status as an adopted family member. He lives alongside Melonpanna and Rollpanna as their foster sibling. Within the 2016 film *Omocha no Hoshi no Nanda to Runda*, he appears as part of Anpanman's superhero team, upholding his established role in the franchise.
