Her personality blends selfishness, greed, and demanding behavior with occasional flashes of underlying kindness. She frequently manipulates Baikinman to achieve her goals, whether securing food or executing elaborate schemes against others. Despite their antagonistic partnership, she exhibits genuine care for Baikinman at times. A defining obsession is her intense romantic fixation on Shokupanman, fueling extensive memorabilia collections in her room and persistent, sometimes extreme, attempts to win his affection.

Dokin-chan has a younger sister, Kokin-chan, introduced in "Kokin-chan to Aoi Namida." Their relationship mixes camaraderie and rivalry, especially when vying for Shokupanman's notice; Kokin-chan addresses her as "big sis Dokin," affirming their sisterly bond despite conflicts.

Historically, she wielded a dual-pointed staff that could enlarge or shrink objects on contact, though its use faded over time. Her primary transport is a pink UFO, which she occasionally employs to capture hostages during Baikinman's plots.
