She operates as Baikinman's partner in schemes, typically serving as a secondary antagonist. Her personality blends selfishness, demanding behavior, childishness, and greed, though she occasionally reveals kindness, particularly through her persistent romantic pursuit of Shokupanman. She frequently bosses Baikinman around, commanding him to fetch items or people, yet maintains an underlying care for him. When confrontations turn unfavorable, she tends to flee first.

She has a younger sister, Kokin-chan; their relationship mixes camaraderie and rivalry, often centered on mutual affection for Shokupanman. Dokin-chan wields specialized equipment: a dual-pointed staff capable of enlarging or shrinking objects upon touch—though its use has diminished—and a pink UFO employed for transportation, hostage-taking, or carrying items like baskets and flowers.
