A flaw in the sealing ritual allowed these suppressed elements to evolve into an independent personality within Illya. During one of Illya’s magical crises, this personality harnessed the Archer-class Servant card—EMIYA—to manifest physically. Chloe’s tanned skin, white hair, and golden eyes starkly contrasted with Illya’s appearance. Initially claiming Illya’s identity, she later adopted "Chloe von Einzbern" or "Kuro" to prevent confusion.
Chloe displays a calmer, more analytically manipulative demeanor than Illya, exploiting others' vulnerabilities strategically.
