Description
Takafumi Yokozawa experienced a solitary childhood due to his parents' demanding careers, though he understood their care and bore no resentment. He played soccer in his youth and later attended college with Masamune Takano, providing support during Takano's hardships. Their relationship included two intimate encounters without formal dating, during which Yokozawa developed romantic feelings and deleted all other contacts from Takano's phone after their first night together.

Professionally, Yokozawa works in Marukawa Publishing's sales department. His stern demeanor and quick temper earned him the moniker "The Wild Bear of Marukawa," intimidating colleagues when angered. He immerses himself fully in tasks—once called "Mouth Newbie" for bluntness—masking personal insecurities beneath a calm exterior, embodying tsundere traits.

He excels domestically, showcasing cooking, household management, childcare, and animal-handling skills. His nurturing side emerges prominently with Hiyori Kirishima, Zen Kirishima's daughter, where he adopts a "motherly" role. Colleagues respect his strict professionalism, particularly his subordinate Kazuma Henmi.

Yokozawa acknowledges exclusive attraction to men, having dated women without emotional connection.

His dynamic with Takano evolved from college acquaintances to colleagues. After Takano ended their intimacy, Yokozawa harbored unrequited feelings until forming a relationship with Zen Kirishima. They now share a brotherly rapport despite frequent work clashes.

The shift to Kirishima followed Takano's rejection. After confiding in Kirishima while intoxicated and falling ill, Kirishima assisted him home. Kirishima later leveraged potentially embarrassing photos from that night to initiate contact, forging a friendship. When Kirishima expressed his daughter needed a maternal figure and identified Yokozawa as his ideal "wife" due to compatibility and domestic prowess, Yokozawa initially refused but ultimately committed, developing unwavering devotion.

Yokozawa briefly cared for Sorata, a cat Takano rescued in high school, before gifting the pet to Hiyori Kirishima.

He initially resented Ritsu Onodera, fearing he would hurt Takano again, but softened after witnessing Onodera's genuine concern during Takano's illness.

Yokozawa's growth spans releasing unresolved feelings for Takano, embracing commitment to Kirishima, assuming a paternal role for Hiyori, and maturing emotionally. He reconciles his intimidating work persona with his nurturing domestic identity, particularly within the Kirishima family.
