Description
Damian, an 18-year-old human from Mars, is the son of the guerrilla leader operating at the Martian north pole. He initially distrusts the protagonists, especially Joe and the Ladorian aliens. This skepticism shifts when Martian dictator Hazzard Pascha simultaneously attacks the alien spacecraft Xenos 5 and the north pole guerrilla base. Facing this shared threat, Damian allies with Joe's group against their common enemies.
Damian possesses authentic ninja skills, making him the sole central protagonist with direct ties to ninja traditions. He later trains Joe and others in ninjutsu. His appearance features short, ragged black hair with fringes on the right side, sideburns, and black eyes. He typically wears a dark green short-sleeved top over a black sleeveless shirt with red laces, black pants, a brown belt, and brown boots. For combat, he dons a dark green high-necked short-sleeved top with red outlines, gray interconnected belts, a gun holster, and black knee-length boots displaying a green pentagon design with red trim.
A pivotal shift occurs when Joe permanently assumes control of the ninja robot Cybertron. Damian then undertakes rigorous training to become the new pilot of the Black Lion, succeeding Joe. In combat, he coordinates defenses against the Zaboom army and their Martian allies, demonstrating strategic skill. His expertise extends beyond piloting; he provides a critical microchip containing information about ninja mechanisms. This technology enhances the Cybertron and strengthens the group's ninja robots.
Damian's personal journey includes a tragic romance. He develops a relationship with a female ninja sent by the antagonistic faction led by Charme to infiltrate and sabotage his allies. Genuine feelings develop between them, leading her to sacrifice her life to help Damian and his friends escape during a critical conflict. This loss marks a significant emotional turning point.
Throughout his involvement, Damian evolves from a skeptical outsider to a committed team member, contributing combat prowess, technical knowledge, and leadership. His journey encompasses operational responsibilities within the mechanized units and personal growth shaped by loyalty and loss.
