On his first day, he finds himself unexpectedly recruited as student council vice president and male representative, a role he accepts despite lacking prior qualifications or interest. This position thrusts him into regular contact with president Shino Amakusa, secretary Aria Shichijō, and treasurer Suzu Hagimura.

He possesses a taller stature than most peers, a lean build, and light brown eyes. His deep brown hair is swept into distinctive bangs framing his face. He consistently wears the standard school uniform, showing no particular interest in fashion beyond academic attire.

Academically adequate but not exceptional, especially compared to his gifted council peers, he nonetheless demonstrates remarkable writing talent, composing a short story that deeply moved its readers.
