Ashamed of this position, she falsely claims to work as a protective security guard instead. The demon-caused deaths of her parents instilled in her an unyielding hatred for all demonkind, which initially fuels hostility toward Fino Bloodstone, the Demon Lord's daughter. Airi harbors conflicted romantic feelings for Raul, masking her affection with a tsundere denial of interest. During a confrontation at the abandoned academy, she attempts to kill Fino but stops after Raul intervenes, and over time she reluctantly begins to accept that not all demons are inherently evil, though this challenges her deep-seated prejudices.
