Her Makai Knight, Dario Montoya, wracked by guilt for failing to shield her, gouged out his own eyes and deserted the Makai Order. He devoted four years to her care. Despite his loyalty, Sara succumbed to despair, thanking Dario before drowning herself in Vazelia Lake.

Unbeknownst to both, Vazelia stood atop the sealed tomb of the legendary Horror Nigra Venus. The kingdom’s ruin and Sara’s death freed Nigra Venus, which possessed her despaired body. This union restored Sara’s beauty but transformed her into Nigra Venus’s lethal vessel. She lingered naked by the lake, luring travelers with her appearance.

As Nigra Venus, she kissed male victims, freezing and shattering them to absorb their remains. Female victims faced her unfolding face—a gaping tongue-mouth that ripped away their faces and frontal skulls. These horrors birthed the legend of "The Demon of Vazelia Lake."

Dario, still bound by devotion, aided Nigra Venus’s schemes. He abducted Germán Luís’s son, Roberto Luís, intending him as a sacrificial key for Zirkel’s Ring—an artifact threatening to tear open a gateway to the Makai world and warp reality.

In the final clash at the lake, Nigra Venus battled León Luís and allies, suffering initial defeat. She resurged fused with Dario for a last assault. León, empowered by Jiruba as the Golden Knight Garo, annihilated this amalgamated entity.
