A prophecy foretold a child "embraced by the wind" who would restore their legacy, a role Leon claims. He possesses a supernatural connection allowing him to sense or command "the wind," initially conflated with or enhanced by PSY Qualia during the Asia Circuit. This ability persists post-liberation from Void, enabling him to generate breezes or gusts at will. It guides his perceptions during cardfights, such as gauging opponents' resolve or emotions. After defeat by Aichi Sendou and freedom from Void, his demeanor evolves toward calmness and approachability, with increased value for friendship. He actively aids others against Reverse, freeing Kenji Mitsusada and allies during the Link Joker conflict, marking his shift from isolation to cooperation. Despite this growth, he retains fierce strategic intensity in battle.
