She dresses practically in a brown top under a beige-and-red button-up shirt, blue jeans, a dog-tag necklace, and tan boots, with seasonal variations and a pants-based patisserie uniform featuring a red-ribboned hat for dessert work.

Her personality centers on unwavering loyalty, particularly toward her chronically ill younger sister, Miku, her spiritual pillar. Akira regularly visits Miku in the hospital, bringing chocolate to cheer her. This devotion drives her to sacrifice her own life energy (Kirakiraru) to save Miku from villains.
