Admiral Unberto Mori compromises by authorizing Reconnaissance Drones for a 48-hour search before withdrawal.

Later, Hamamoto witnesses a Landing Ship’s return with Corporal Marco Ghione and two soldiers. He demands answers on the missing forces—notably Captain Harou Sakaki—upon learning others defied orders to stay on Earth.
