Description
Hagumi Kitazawa, bassist of Hello, Happy World! and third-year student at Hanasakigawa Girls' High, juggles school with aiding at her family’s renowned butcher shop, Kitazawa Meats, famed for its croquettes. Parental clashes—her mother’s emotional outbursts and father’s periodic absences—drive her to pour energy into sports, excelling as captain and ace of the Sky Stars softball team.

Her spirited, athletic nature revels in marathons and recruiting others for active pursuits. Despite her tomboyish flair, she treasures cute items like Michelle’s bear costume and her childhood stuffed monkey “Monkey,” lovingly repaired by her mother. Sensitivity to others’ emotions fuels her aversion to competition, fearing inevitable disappointment.

Open about academic struggles, she counters with remarkable agility—executing costume backflips—and karuta expertise. She bonds closely with bandmates, dubbing them “Kokoron” and “Mii-kun,” while fostering external friendships, including a hoped-for collaboration between her family’s shop and Saaya Yamabuki’s bakery.

A childhood tie to Kasumi Toyama remained unrecognized until Kasumi’s twin-tailed hairstyle changed. Her brother’s early guitar lessons eased her shift to bass, and a crossover event styled her after *Ojamajo Doremi*’s Fujiwara Hazuki.

Standing 152 cm, the band’s shortest member boasts bright orange hair, copper eyes, and a wardrobe blending sporty vigor with whimsy—sunflower dresses and animal-eared beanies. Her third-person speech mirrors a playful, affectionate spirit.
