Description
Risa Hoshino is a frail, doll-sized 92-year-old recovering from a near-death experience in the hospital. Awakening with sudden telekinetic abilities, she is consumed by unresolved guilt over a romantic tragedy from her youth. Decades ago, hospitalized herself, she rejected a fellow patient's love confession. She believed her refusal caused his suicide when he jumped off a nearby cliff, a memory that tormented her ever since.

Her new powers emerge alongside an intense fixation on Takanezawa, a current patient. Convinced he is the reincarnation of the man she rejected, she uses her telekinesis to interfere in his life. Driven by remorse and a desire to prevent history repeating, she manipulates Takanezawa's relationship with nurse Koizumi, viewing her as a romantic rival.

Flashbacks reveal a stark contrast between Risa's memories and reality. She recalls her younger self as stereotypically beautiful and her lost love as handsome. However, the actual man (who survived the cliff incident with only a broken leg) provides a different account: he recalls her as stockier and plainer, while describing himself as a dorky-looking boy with glasses and short hair. He clarifies she rejected him for someone resembling her idealized version.

Her character development involves confronting this long-held guilt and the distorted memories. The narrative explores her attempts to emotionally reconcile her past actions through her present interactions with Takanezawa and Koizumi, fueled by her supernatural abilities and the unresolved pain from the incident in her youth.
