Suzaku, one of the four Kitoralsus Agents, initially serves as an antagonist in the series. She first appears during an incident where a YouTuber named Azusa Ueda infiltrates an idol event in Odaiba. Suzaku approaches Azusa intending to leverage her video platform to expose the existence of the Shinkalions worldwide. This objective directly conflicts with the Shinkansen Ultra Evolution Institute’s clandestine operations, triggering a confrontation where Hayato and allies intervene to prevent the revelation.

Her name derives from the Vermilion Bird, a member of the Four Symbols in Chinese mythology. Suzaku remains the only known female survivor among her species.
