She holds the title of Duchess of Busty Mounds within a rigidly structured historical Western household under Chariel's leadership. This environment functions as a quasi-harem, where Marianne asserts dominance as an antagonist toward newcomers Jean and his stepmother Sylvia.

After Jean’s disinheritance and relocation to the estate, Marianne actively subjects him and Sylvia to brutal conditions: confining them to an outhouse for sleep and enforcing slave-like labor.
