Description
Gulliver Toscanni hails from Venice, raised solely by his father, Papa Toscanni. To protect his friend Edison, Gulliver was forcibly enrolled in a magic academy, an experience he resented, leading to his eventual escape. His return to Venice revealed a devastating sight: his home destroyed by the Espania Empire and his father slaughtered before his eyes by the Empire's leader, Judau. This trauma ignited his core drive: vengeance against Judau and the Espania Empire.

Initially displaying immaturity, including fixations on physical appearances and overconfidence in his burgeoning abilities, Gulliver wields magic through his left hand, capable of emitting energy beams. This power is augmented by a specialized Magifist Glove. The glove interfaces with collectible power discs, enabling varied summons and attacks known as "Minders." These include abilities like the Sonic Minder (area attacks), Eagle Minder (rapid strikes), and Dragon Minder (phoenix-based assault), acquired progressively through alliances forged during his travels. Activating these abilities requires inserting discs into lion statues, with effects triggering randomly during physical attacks.

His journey centers on pursuing Judau while simultaneously seeking four mystical blue stones linked to reviving Atlantis. He travels with core allies: Edison, a scientific genius; Misty, a fugitive with ties to Atlantis and the stones; and Phoebe, a devoted fairy. Early exploits involve episodic confrontations, intensifying upon reaching Spain. There, revelations expose deeper lore: Judau is manipulated by the demon Hallelujah, and later, the comedic antagonist Daisaemon. Gulliver learns of an Atlantean prophecy foretold by Hallelujah, revealing interconnected destinies between Judau, Misty, and himself as descendants of Atlantis’s ancient rulers.

Adversity drives Gulliver's development. Early overconfidence leads to defeats, compelling humility and strategic growth. The second half of his arc adopts a darker tone, emphasizing sacrifices by allies and escalating threats. These experiences, coupled with emotional revelations about Atlantis and the true nature of entities like Hallelujah, shift his focus from personal vengeance to broader responsibilities. His final battles leverage collective support from those he aided, resolving the central conflicts while addressing lingering repercussions. Post-climax segments settle interpersonal relationships, though his core traits—persistence and occasional impulsiveness—endure.

A pivotal discovery shapes his background: before death, Papa Toscanni confessed he was not Gulliver’s biological father, adding layers to Gulliver's identity and connection to Atlantis. His abilities evolve dynamically, with later Minders like Axe Minder (HP-draining strikes) and Dragon Minder obtained near the saga’s conclusion. While his magical prowess grows, his reliance on early, weaker abilities occasionally persists.
