Accompanied by her companion Zukko, she frequently intervenes within the narratives of Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tales, attempting to alter their outcomes positively. Despite repeated attempts across multiple stories, these efforts invariably fail.

Physically, Chianti resembles a pig-like creature possessing thick blonde hair and a matching tail. She wears a signature burgundy bodysuit. Her personality blends pronounced clumsiness with a strongly romantic disposition, often leading her to fantasize about becoming a princess. Zukko, her male counterpart, regularly teases her due to this ineptitude and daydreaming nature, forming a recurring dynamic in their interactions.
