In his past, around 1982 in Tokyo, he engaged in ruthless business dealings, assisting an associate in liquidating partners to advance his own objectives. Caesar has a daughter named Alector, with whom he shares a complex relationship marked by incestuous undertones. Despite his cruel nature, he shows her affection, such as when he apologizes for being too busy to share a meal and promises a future lunch. Alector is later captured by the enslaved demon beasts in a brutal coup, an event that significantly threatens his rule. His tyranny directly triggers a major conflict, ultimately necessitating the Overfiend's awakening to engage in an apocalyptic battle against the Lord of Chaos, who emerges as his nemesis. Caesar's reign and its consequences act as a primary driving force behind the plot's central upheaval.
