Description
Yurika Tōdō, a Starlight Academy graduate and professional idol affiliated with LoLi GoThiC, presents a confident, proud vampire persona inspired by an old romance manga, claiming descent from Count Dracula. This carefully crafted image contrasts sharply with her true self—a quiet, soft-spoken individual prone to tsundere reactions who avoids attention offstage. Her appearance features pale skin, teal eyes, and platinum-blonde hair usually styled in ribbon-tied ringlet pigtails; she occasionally wears it down with glasses when out of character, standing 158 cm tall.
Early in her career, media captured her undisguised appearance during a hospital visit or food delivery, nearly sparking a scandal. The situation resolved with Ichigo Hoshimiya's help and fan support, leading to her becoming LoLi GoThiC's next muse and strengthening peer bonds. Mizuki Kanzaki later recruited her into the elite unit Tristar after observing her diligent maintenance of the vampire persona even alone, replacing Ran Shibuki. Following Tristar's disbandment, Yurika hesitated but eventually partnered with Kaede as Magic Blood for the Partners Cup, losing to WM.
Her relationships include a complex dynamic with Ran Shibuki, marked by frequent arguments over training methods despite mutual care; Yurika had wished to pair with Ran for the Partners Cup, feeling disappointed when Ran chose Sora instead. She shares a long-standing friendship with Kaede, viewing them as opposites who complement each other. She respects Sumire Hikami's dedication to LoLi GoThiC, approving Sumire's use of the brand's latest Premium Rare dress. Yurika prioritizes fan interactions during autograph sessions over speed and trains rigorously, including late-night rehearsals.
In the "10th Story: Starway to the Future" timeline, she appears at age 22. Her preferences include favorite foods like garlic ramen and gyūdon, a dislike for fancy melon and high-class cuisine, and skill in swimming, especially the butterfly stroke. Her birthday is December 26 (Capricorn).
Trivia notes her consistent high rankings in Aikatsu8 and Photokatsu8 polls since debut. She is the first main character to debut without a basic stage coord, the first idol to have her school coord's color scheme altered between seasons, and the only main Cool-type idol to never perform a Cool Flash. She is also the third character with multiple singing voices—initially Moe Yamazaki, later Remi from STAR☆ANIS, shared with Otome Arisugawa and Miyabi Fujiwara.
