Description
The Ringmaster, an antagonist leading a traveling circus, arrives in town with his assistant to track down Tora-chan, a missing baby tiger that escaped their caravan. During the search, he forcibly enters the protagonist’s home to investigate but retreats when startled by the residents.
After the protagonist’s household temporarily adopts Tora-chan, the circus transforms into a key setting for unfolding events. Chaos erupts when the tiger cub and a stray panda disrupt a performance, prompting the Ringmaster to desperately contain the pandemonium. A sudden storm later floods the area, stranding circus animals in a waterlogged train and compelling him to collaborate with others to orchestrate a rescue.
Though primarily driven by pragmatism to protect his business, the Ringmaster reveals a grudgingly cooperative side, offering show tickets as thanks once the flood crisis resolves.
