TV-Series
Description
Ben Hanada assumes the role of patriarch in a fabricated family, the core of a sociological experiment where unrelated individuals undergo brainwashing to believe they share biological ties. He alone retains awareness of the simulation's artificiality and the fact their lives are broadcast globally as entertainment. To enable constant surveillance, Ben conceals a production camera within a blow-up doll he carries.

He maintains this constructed identity throughout the experiment. A sudden plumbing breach accidentally frees the family from their sealed capsule, thrusting them into the unknown outside world. Ben explores this unfamiliar reality alongside the others while the television station orchestrates a massive city-wide hunt, offering substantial monetary rewards for their capture. All members, including Ben, are eventually apprehended and returned to a newly constructed controlled environment. There, they undergo renewed brainwashing to erase memories of their escape and fully reinstate the false family dynamic within the simulation.
